Product Assembly

Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirming the details. Our shipping carrier will deliver your equipment as close to your dwelling as possible. If you add assembly service to your order, our partner, LoadUp, will be notified and they will contact you to schedule a time for assembly.

We suggest scheduling the assembly for after your equipment has arrived to avoid any issues with shipping delays. The LoadUp team will handle everything from unpacking and moving the equipment to the room of your choice, to assembling it and cleaning up the packaging.

This process ensures that your new BASI Systems equipment is ready to use with minimal effort on your part.
